JPEG(1) - JPEG원리 출처 : http://php.chol.com/%7Emrjin JPEG JPEG(보통 ‘제이펙’이라고 읽는다.)은 높은 압축 효율 때문에 GIF와 함께 인터넷에서 가장 널리 쓰이는 그래픽 파일 포맷이다. JPEG은 Joint Photographic Experts Group이라는 위원회에서 정한 그래픽 이미지 압축에 관한 표준을 의미한다. JPEG이라는 이름도 이 위원회의 이름에서 유래한 것이다. (이와 비슷하게 동화상 압축에 관한 표준이 만들어졌는데 그것이 바로 MPEG이다.
